• Value deep, collaborative, first-principles research over stock tips or shortcuts

• Are willing to contribute, share insights, and learn together

• Appreciate diverse perspectives and come with a curious, open mind

• Are okay saying “I don’t know” — this is a no-ego, safe learning zone
